1. Delivery Options & Rates
🐾 Free Local Delivery (LL22 Postcode)
We love our neighbors! If you live within the LL22 postcode area, you qualify for Free Local Delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend required.
Delivery Schedule: Local deliveries are typically fulfilled within 2 business days (Monday To Friday). You will receive a notification once your order is on its way. For example orders if you order on a Friday it will be processed by our team on the Monday and arrive on Tuesday at the earliest.
🦮 Free Delivery via Pup Strut (Exclusive for Clients)
Are you a Pup Strut client? Enjoy the ultimate convenience of having your Pup Hut orders delivered straight to your door for free, handled by the team you already trust.
How it Works: Your order will be automatically fulfilled and delivered during your next regularly scheduled Pup Strut service date.
Special Requests: If you require your items sooner, or need to arrange an alternative delivery date, please communicate directly with the Pup Strut team to coordinate.
📦 Standard Shipping (Outside LL22 / Non-Clients)
For customers located outside of our local delivery zone who are not Pup Strut clients, we offer reliable standard shipping.
Rates: Our shipping is calculated via Royal Mail service.
Timeline: Orders are processed within 1 business day and typically arrive within 3-5 business days via Royal Mail/Parcel Force.
2. How to Select Your Delivery Option
During the checkout process, please ensure you select the correct option based on your eligibility:
LL22 Residents: Select "Local Delivery" at checkout.
Pup Strut Clients: Select the "Pup Strut Client Delivery" option and include your next scheduled service date in the order notes, if known.
3. Order Tracking & Communications
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. For standard shipping and local delivery, a follow-up notification will be sent when your package is dispatched. For Pup Strut deliveries, your walker/handler will confirm delivery upon arrival.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery at sales@puphut.co.uk so we can make it right.
